I know that you love my albums so much and that I live in your head rent-free, so here's my present to you. also here is an extra present for you: https://en.uncyclopedia.co/wiki/HowTo:Fuck_Off
^Because since you don't know how to fuck off, I took the time to link you to an article that will kindly teach you
Sorry, the page you have requested is not available yet.
If you love it so much then stop ignorantly calling a Baroque Vanitas Still Life a "flower painting" This artist's copyright was not violated. How stupid can people possibly be?
surely not as stupid as you at your peak of intelligence.
You called? Well... Fine, I'll flatten your dick one more time if you want it so bad.
It's called "Fleurs dans une carafe de cristal placée sur un piédestal en pierre, avec une libellule"... Translated by "flowers in a cristal carafe on a stone pedestal, with a dragonfly"... So shortening it to "flower painting" isn't that much of a sin, considering it's in the title. If you want to play who's the most knowledgable, you have to have knowledge.
Also if you want me to prove to you it's not fair use and thus copright infringement, fine, I'll do it, and then you can cry about how mean I am for educating you.
You can say that, since Abraham Mignonis a XVIIth century painter and likely died more than 70 years ago, it's free of use. But... It's forgetting this is a painting belonging to the Louvre. And the Louvre... Kinda has copyrights over their paintings and the pictures of said paintings that you can download.
Before you can argue that you didn't find it there, weirdly enough it doesn't excuse anything. Because that means you either found it on pinterest or the likes and didn't bother to check where it came from, or that you willingly ignored the big "painting exposed in the Louvre", and possibly this credit " R.G. Ojeda ; Réunion des musées nationaux - utilisation soumise à autorisation" and again didn't think that maybe the biggest museum in the world might have their collection copyrighted, or that the owner of the photo's copyright (R.G. Ojeda), had it protected under authorisation (whiwh means you have to ask them to use it directly, waiting on any proof showcasing Ojeda authorised you to use it in your webtoon).

Article 4
"Content published on the collections website (photos, text, etc.) may be protected by intellectual property rights. "
"Whatever the case, the User must always include the credits or sources set out in articles 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 below whenever content is re-used."
Whatever the case, huh? But wait, there's more.
4.1.1
"The downloading and re-use of medium-format photographs published on the collections website representing works that are not protected by copyright (hereinafter called the “Photographs”) are permitted, free of charge, for any non-collective use within a strictly private context and for the following exhaustively-listed museographic, scientific and educational purposes:
- projection and distribution for the purpose of museographic, pedagogic and scientific activities, such as their reproduction on labels and exhibition signs, the presentation of guided tours, the running of educational workshops, the delivery of teaching and training sessions and the holding of symposia and seminars;
- publication of exhibition and permanent collection catalogues, scientific papers and Ph.D. theses for publishers whose registered office is in the European Union, within a limit of one thousand five hundred (1500) copies, republication included:
- digital scientific and educational publications."
4.1.2 is about text so irrelevant in context.
So you didn't do any of those, which doesn't give you the right to use it, even less without giving asked credit.
*smacks lips* hmmmm... And some might argue that using a painting that is not yours without credit in your own work is decieving the readers by pretending it is you who drew it or owns copyright of said image. Considering you opened a patreon (so trying to profit off your work, not a crime in itself), including art that is not yours might come off as slightly scammy behavior, althought I weirdly still have faith that wasn't your goal.
And no the Joconde isn't a good example because you can find free of use pictures of it online... However the only picture of "Fleurs dans une carafe de cristal placé sur un piédestal en pierre avec une libellule" is this one, so, oops.
unless, of course, I took the photo. Also, it is not a flower painting.
You need to get a refund from your eye surgeon and use that money to get surgery that would actually fix your eyesight.
LMAO I said, " I didn't infringe this artist's copyright," and you totally took the bait. "Yes you did!" you said. hahaha I infringed the copyright of an artist who has been dead 400 years, huh, stupid?
Funny enough... No picture taken on any camera while the picture is still in its gallery while being exposed will result on a zoom of this quality, when any sort of flash or lighting device isn't authorised inside (the painting is right next to a window so again the quality and lightning doesn't match those conditions). Next time you're gonna tell me your daddy owns the Louvre so you can take professional pictures of their collections whenever you want!
Come back with actual arguments next time, this reaaally low even for the likes of you.
Okay but I love this painting so much--
Yep, it’s super pretty and realistic... and idk why but I love the ambiance around it...
It was the first time that I saw it but its so pretty
I'd say though my fave painting still is "the fragrance of lotus after rain" by zhang daqian. I don't need kidneys, I need to have this painting in my life.
