the translation is suuper stiff and odd the first few chapters. its hard for me to read translations like this, it really takes me out of the story. does it get any better or smoother?? its just hard to read it in this broken english.

it's one thing to just not like the art style or think it's ugly, which i honestly do, but they look like actual children the way it's drawn. from the comments i can assume they recently had sex and that's just... uncomfortable with how they look. I made it through two chapters before I put it down. The eyes are just too damn much.
idk, something about the way it's drawn has thrown me off since chapter one and i just cant read it anymore. All the characters are drawn super sharp and harsh, and the ones that are supposed to be beautiful are just ugly to me. Her family, Tev, even Sylvia. And the way their teeth are drawn so sharply in every image, it always looks like they have fangs or something idk. The art is just... ugly to me. On top of that, I really just don't like the FL. I know I'm supposed to pity her past self and resent the ones who made her feel that way but tbh i just don't. The story just hasn't done enough to really flesh her out or her supposed tragic backstory. It TELLS me I should pity her, but doesn't really show me why. For all that "happened to her", she was a hundred times worse. The past Sylvia was literally just a whiny, vindictive little bitch. With a lot of FLs in the isekai trope, you get a FL who understands that their past shitty behavior was the reason for the shit that happened to them. Sylvia just blames everyone here except herself and takes no accountability for her awful personality, which honestly doesn't feel that different even with "new" Sylvia. Since she's still blaming everyone but herself, she still feels like the bratty Sylvia, and honestly she's just disgustingly rude to everyone for no reason. As far as her dad and brother are concerned, all they've known until now is the awful Sylvia, so why should they be expecting anything else?? She "went off" on her father the day after the old Sylvia broke her sisters arm?? Like girl shut the fuck up?? Sylvia was a nasty brat, how do they know you've suddenly taken over her body? Same with the brother like?? And I just... don't care that they were "mean" to past Sylvia and supposedly that's enough to explain her naturally shitty behavior - the old Sylvia was jealous and vindictive from the start, and her own nasty personality is what made her "ugly" and caused her to gain weight and act even worse. I just don't blame her environment. I think the original Sylvia was a vindictive little brat and, as the story hasn't actually SHOWN me a reason to pity her rather than just telling me I should, I'm going to keep that opinion. Honestly, it's just not my cup of tea and not my idea of a strong FL.
You can't say that the art is ugly when no one's told you to critique their work. It's their art and you're not the one to judge someonelse hard work, since your reading it in an illegal site. If you don't like it, just drop it.
I can say anything is ugly that I'd like to. It's simply called an opinion. This is my review of the story and of the art style. We leave comments so that other people can read them and decide for themselves whether to read a story, or to find other people who had the same thoughts as them. Not all of those thoughts will be positive. If you can't handle that, perhaps YOU should just leave the site. It's just one person's thoughts who read the story. Every artist has their own art style, and yeah i know that the art style isn't your style. No, it's not lol. I actually was fairly nice about it. I tried to explain WHY I didn't like the art and what about it I found unappealing and why it didn't vibe with me. You don't have to like my opinion, or agree with it, but all I did was use one regular adjective to describe the art and you're in my replies telling me what I can and can't do? Again, that's the purpose of comments is to express our feelings and thoughts about the story. They will not all be positive. I do not have to sugarcoat a negative review just so sensitive people like you don't get offended by a single word. I can promise you that this artist has thicker skin than you do and understands that not everyone will like what they do. As an author and artist myself, I get that what I make isn't going to impress everyone. It's okay for someone to express their opinion in a comment section. Well, regardless of what genre it is, the maturity level of both the writing and the storyline was obvious in that one scenario. If I'm reading a fantasy plot about emperors and kingdoms etc, I'm expecting the plot to take itself seriously. They just strolled into a courtyard full of teenagers and were like yo man, you're getting married. lol that's just... all I need to know about every other situation in this story. I'm sure this story appeals to plenty of people. It's just not the sort of story that appeals to me.
But that doesn't define the whole story just because you read one scenario and yes it's very stupid to start off with "oi your getting married" But that doesn't mean it will lead to them gettin married immediately, anyways I'm just saying that story is not dumb and that's all but that doesn't mean you have to read it we all have our preference so ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I just can't read stories with FLs like this. She has two personality traits - crying and being dumb. That's literally all she does. She cries from the first chapter about every single thing. Just looking at the ML is enough to make her cry. She hardly speaks and when she does she's just begging him to stay with her. She has all the personality of a wet cabbage. There's literally a scene where she's sobbing bc they're riding a horse and he's going really fast and she's "s-so s-scared." It's vomit worthy how useless she's been this entire story but I'm supposed to believe he's actually intrigued by her?? I'm sure if I read to the end it'll wind up being explained by some preordained work of God that he was destined to love her blah blah blah. The plot armor of all FLs with no personality. On top of that, she's actively stupid. The only things she told herself not to do, she did. Repeatedly getting close to him, drawing him in, and then when he finally confesses to her, lo and behold it's time to cry again and reject him because she doesn't want to hurt him more in the future lmao. She all but throws herself at this man, then when he goes to kiss her she's a trembling, crying, useless lump... girl, idk what your endgame story here is but you came from the modern world at one point, why are you acting like this over a kiss? It's so unbelievably cringeworthy how she acts at every tiny touch. Forty chapters and barely anything has even happened besides her crying and then they rode a horse together in a competition. That's it. I'm not even mad that the ML here is actually gross and does shit like poisoning and killing his horse while they're riding just to throw them off and injure them so he can have her attention. It's unattractive and slimy, but he's supposed to be the villain so whatever I guess. Honestly, yall gotta set better standards for the stuff on here you call amazing storytelling. This FL is literally a piece of cardboard that cries and the ML is abusively obsessive over her past the point of villainy being an excuse. The author really needs to learn how to give her characters actual personality traits before she tells a story again. Oh, and the art is honestly just ugly. I tried to find it offbeat and pretty. But really, the art makes everyone look ugly.

I liked the 2nd season than the 1st season since it's not only about the FL crying, and has an actual story line that it follows rather than 'I love this character and I wanna save him' type of shit
At 93 chapters it's shorter than most other completed stories in this genre, so it was sort of a given that it wouldn't have as detailed or drawn out of a plot, and that the romance would happen quicker. It does feel a bit rushed because of this, but within it's own story it makes sense. Like I said, it's not as detailed as other stories - it's really a bare bones plot that's fairly predictable to follow. There's a very simple problem, and a very simple, uncomplicated solution and conclusion. Don't expect any amazing twists or turns here, it's fairly formulaic. It also reads extremely G rated, so again if you're looking for any sort of amazing maturity, be it emotional or physical, you're not going to find it here. All of the characters, especially the two leads, come off young and silly rather than mature or complex. The MC is loud and abrasive, always turning beet red for no reason and pointing and yelling when she's embarassed, and the male lead is pretty much the same. He has a few more deeper moments than she does, but still not enough to convince me either one of them were really Emperor and Empress material. Overall, it's a cute, short read if you're bored like I was waiting for other, better stories to update.
