Bittersweet ending. My rating 3.5/5
I liked it but I just despise bittersweet endings so I had to rate it lower personally...

Seme has to be time frozen to save earth
Uke becomes a doctor to find a faster solution but at age 55-ish when the uke still hasnt found the solution the uke decided to become time frozen too.
They both wake up in the future but the uke is 35 years older then the seme now but they still love eachother so much and even have sex, live together, and got married...
There was someone who loved the uke during that time but the uke never reciprocated or cheated on the seme (aka no sex or romance) the guy gave up and moved to China to forget about the uke.
And obviously after the time had passed being frozen everyone that the seme and uke knew from the past is dead now.
A new technology advanced world to explore with each other for the rest of their lives together... at least the time they have left of it...
