Okay yall i just finished reading the novel up until the updated chapter, which is 135. The only thing in my mind is: YOOOOO THAT WAS ONE HELL OF A RIDEEEE but i PROMISE IT IS WORTH THE READ.

Lets start with ancia’s and diana’s sperm donor. YUP. HE DIED HAHAHAHA. The emperor (blake’s dad) drove him away to this one island thats like, if you go there, oh man you’re gonna die fosho lmaoooo. That bastard deserves it, yall he abused ancia every chance he got, always telling her to (end) herself, shes a disappointment, etc. Then when ancia won the favour of the emperor, the sperm donor deemed diana as useless then proceeded to abuse her. Yup he totally deserves death and more.

Ancia and blake do get their happily ever after, worry not. Everyone significant is alive and healthy. Diana even became a knight because she blamed herself not able to stand up for ancia when she was being abused by their sperm donor. Diana got close to ancia and blake not long after ancia attended her first ball (note: ancia is still 10 years old). Diana told ancia that she wanted to be a knight but the sperm donor wouldnt let her because it’s not “ladylike” and thats not the qualities of a *bats eyelashes* good, meek, innocent housewie. Ancia decided that well, u can always learn swordsmanship with blake (while he’s having his swordsmanship class). Thus diana and blake became swordsman buddies. When this one day diana got whipped on her leg by the sperm donor, she was noticeably weaker so ancia always asked her what was wrong but diana would always go “im fine”, bla bla bla ancia eventually found out diana is being abused so from that time onwards, diana starts to live together with ancia and blake.

Then richard. This bastard is persistent as fuck yall. He does not understand when a girl said no she means no. He thought ancia was just tryna catch his attention by playing hard to get HAHAHA what kind of fuckery is this. Hes the mastermind of all unfortunate things man he might as well be the freaking demon himself.

This is getting too long its freaking 4 am here, so im gonna summarise things.

Ancia is actually ancia, not just some random girl from korea. Before she’s a korean, shes ancia, who then died because she fell in the lake, *then* she got reincarnated as a korean.
Ancia actually has had i have no idea how many past lives because her past life went as back as 1000 years ago. Before the founding of the empire, Laontel (ancia’s past life) is a friend of the light goddess, Serephinea (ser for short). Laontel is the first human to ever see ser in her true form, so they got close real quick. Ser met Phillip (who in the current manhwa storyline is the 1st emperor) the fell in love. Phillip is laontel’s childhood friend, and he has this deep obsession towards laontel. Im not gonna call it love because what he had was twisted. Laontel is in love with someone else, Rakshul, the 5th prince of that time’s current empire.

Laontel and rakshul were supposed to marry each other because turns out rakshul also loves her very much, but this bastard phillip created a disease. As we all know, phillip betrayed the light goddess. Ser gave phillip all her powers but phillip used it for cruel things then discarded ser. Phillip promised to make ser the empress and marry her but that was all just lies. When ser became a human to marry phillip and gave up all his powers to him, he drove her away to this one shabby place then announced that he’ll marry laontel. At that time, Rakshul died because of the disease created by phillip, and laontel mourned greatly. She thought that ser could save rakshul, but ser was a mere mortal with no powers. Laontel doesnt want to marry phillip but that bastard doesnt take no so he imprisoned laontel to this one bedroom for a month. That bedroom had no window whatsoever so she could only eat once the food is served and do absolutely nothing else.

Phillip sealed ser away in the door of darkness.

So the main villains in the story are phillip and richard. No wonder coz phillip is richard’s past life. Rakshul is blake, and laontel is ancia. But they didnt remember their past lives and ancia is the only person that knows about it because she doesnt really see rakshul as blake. She loves blake as blake, not as rakshul. She didnt tell anyone else because she didnt see it as any importance so in blake’s pov, he referred phillip, laontel and rakshul as “ancestors”.

The curse is actually writings of the fallen empire, ser was asking for help from whoever became the first born of phillip’s descendants. As that time anyone could easily read “phillip is trciking us all, please help me release myself” (not literally written like that lmao), phillip could be easily found out by nobles as they could read. So he banished a lot of nobles doubted him. Rakshul was supposed to be the emperor after his older siblings died due to the disease created by phillip, but then phillip also turned rakshul as one of his victims. He eliminated everything that got into his way by using the disease so the nobles got suspicious. He was being too obvious about it tho ngl. Talk shit about him? Disease. Doubt his legitimacy as an emperor? Disease. Say no to his decisions? Disease.

So that time he got desperate after banishing so many nobles, so he announced that he would take literally anyone of any background as a noble if they swore their loyalty to him. As many commoners came in, they cant read so nobody understood the writings on the cursed descendants’ bodies. But then he still doesnt feel safe, so he put another curse on top of ser’s writings so that it would overried ser’s writings, which results in the death of his kids. But he didnt care yallll. This man mad as hell. After a kid die, the curse will be passed on the younger sibling. So he literally put all his kids (mans had 3 wives) in a cage so that he could have easy access to kill them instantly.

Okay remember when i said phillip sealed ser away? That time, ser called out for laontel’s help because she’s the only friend ser’s got after phillip betrayed her. Ser gave laontel this one necklace that has the light powers so she can easily communicate with ser. When laontel is dying, she gave the necklace to her niece and nephews in hopes that one day they could free ser because they also have a smidge of ser’s powers. Ser gave em the powers. But they couldnt free her. Things went like this for 1000 years then finally loantel’s reincarnation, aka ancia was the one who freed her in order to forever free blake from her curse.

Ancia went missing for 7 years, she went into the door of darkness when she was just 13 man. Kid literally spend her entire teenage years in darkness for the whole 7 years, she just walked and walked and walked into the darkness which was super scorching and SMELT SO BAD because phillip casted a spell so that ser couldnt escape.
