The girl is Asakura from chp3, that girl that was obsessed with Haru, she was talking about how they were alike in the flashback,like having a little sibling. I don't think they will not get together due to the hatred of the girl towards Haru but there's a high possibility that Haru is going to lose his memory again.. Cause of his last sentence about if he hadnt met Ren, his parent wouldnt have died, then blacking out. Ren was at home when he heard the news and was shocked. And the scene ended with a collapse Haru and that sentence.
