I don't think they will not get together due to the hatred of the girl towards Haru but there's a high possibility that Haru is going to lose his memory again.. Cause of his last sentence about if he hadnt met Ren, his parent wouldnt have died, then blacking out. Ren was at home when he heard the news and was shocked.
