I believe she's trans, I don't know why they played it off as her being a cross-dresser but here's a direct quote from her "The truth is,,, I've always wanted to be a girl. I hated that I had to dress like a boy, act like a boy,,, I hated myself for living like a boy,,," this could imply that she's trans, and if she is just a crossdresser than I don't know what to say, I hope this helps ( ´• · •` )
