SPOILERS: I wasn't sure I wanted to read this as I realized what type of webtoon this was but I decided to continue on. I was hoping this was a reincarnation webtoon. Where she dies and reincarnates into another life to find her happiness, but nope! He wants her to suffer as much as he did in some sick and twisted love and won't let her leave (in any way) until finally, he realizes that he is a POS (though it seems he still doesn't understand to what extent) and lets her go after another attempt. My heart hurts for the FL. She is taking on shame and guilt that are not hers to bear. God, I hope the next chapters are her leaving that fucking miserable country and finding a place for herself somewhere else to heal; maybe, along the coast. Also, his back story is sad but it doesn't justify his behavior towards her or the pain he caused. He turned into the abuser. Also, given the amount of damage he caused, he doesn't deserve redemption from the FL.

Yes, one of my favorites. A strong FL who realized she lost herself in her first love and is trying to fix her mistake's she made along the way. Shrewed and independent. ML who seems scary but is a pushover. He is sweet and aloof (not a cold way, just shy). She is helping him realize his worth and he is showing her not every guy is trash. Now my top 3 romance webtoons:)
