He was in the boxing ring when he looked at the politician and he recalled everything from start till now, that he knew what the politician was here for from the start yet he decided on whim to play along, that he felt nice being carried by him, that when the politician came banging on his door he realised he wants him, that every person he slept with became boring to him ever since then, and that he craved him when the politician went back without doing what he came for, I think he's realized how obsessed he is with him and i think he's chasing after him when the politician leaves the hall. The only thing I don't understand is the last panel, perhaps it is another flashback to when he collapsed on stairs perhaps even before he met the politician
Maybe the last panel is tied to boxer guy visiting the doctor who advised him against boxing, or could be actually the most recent thing that happened in the time line.
Could not be the most recent thing because he can be seen running after incheol, I think it's him probably visiting the doc yeah
