The guy who appeared at the end of this ch is called Steve and he was best friends with Issac's dad (real name=Eugene Sinclair/alias=Benjamin Lee) and helped Issac in the past.
Issac’s stepfather Cole isn’t related to Felix, but it’s revealed later on that they know each other (through illegal business dealings in the past). Felix’s dad is called Theron and he’s the antagonist in S2 of the novel.
