This author needs to take a long months break, just focus on your self and health first. Put this story on Hiatus, no matter how long it is. I think a lot of readers can actually wait and understand the situation, not all people are heartless.

This story become so messy, It didn't even know what is going on anymore. I know from the start that Kang Yeesu is a pushover, but I'm just getting frustated?

They rushed the story and I felt incomplete everytime I'm rereading this(Yes, I think this is my 3rd time rereading this, but I still felt the same). I don't fully feel the love of Rio to Ritsu because of "he's Shingo's replacement" that started the plot of this story. I think they need to resolve a lot of things before I can feel the love and reasurrance of their relationship, really.
It's just my opinion, and I hope they write the continuation for this.

What a journey, I'm gonna miss this story, Even though I wanted more of Gio and Felix and also for Leegang and the new face character story, but It's really over now. Rereading is the only way to see them again.
This backstory is taking longer than I thought, I really REALLY miss Ian. I want it back to present timeline. I truly not that interested in ML's past to Brian, I hate him for the way he wants Ian to remember all his memories as Brian, rather than love him now as Ian, as a different person and just create another memory to each other. Love him as Ian and not as the past "Brian", Brian is already your past and Ian really need a reassurance of being truly love the way he is now.
Like I said to my previous comment, Ian felt like a replacement because that's the way they truly see him, wanting him to regain the memories of Brian(They are the same person but different at the same time, Brian is the past, Ian is the present) but worse comes to worst? what if he is not gonna have that memories and his gonna just feel like a replacement? I hope this not gonna happen.
I accidentally stumbled this story in myreadingmanga, I thought, It was a nice cover and maybe just a wholesome story(, but the seme is shitear(shit and cheater) and the uke just forgive him. I read stories with seme's having a fantasy of cosplaying their uke's in a girl clothing, so I understand if he also have that desire but cheating and treating him as a girl is just a shitty thing to do. I also hate the uke for just forgiving him and being so docile(I know you love him, but you literally just brush off his shitear tendencies, his not gonna learn) and I think, you deserve better than that.
P.S. It deserve the lowest rating, because of how the plot is shitty.
I truly so done with this backstory, It's just show how they are treating Ian as a replacement to Brian(I know Ian is the reincarnation of Brian but he is his own person, Ian is Ian). I just want Ian to find his happiness and not being a replacement to a dead person, rather than ending up with ML or second ML who is seeing him as Brian, I rather want him to find someone that gonna accept him as Ian. I'm not interested with Brian, I want Ian.

I feel like you already predicted the future of the story. I think the author will most likely go down to that path, that Ian remembers past then suddenly he's Brian. To be honest, i really don't want that too. He is Ian but I cannot deny that Sol and Cardinal only loves him because he's the reincarnation of Brian. But I'm still hoping that the author won't do that, the fact that they always give attention to the thought that Ian is not Brian.
