Chapter 36: you are introduced to him slightly at the end as the Old Man's Heir to the Mafia.
Chapter 48: You get a glimpse into the past and some backstory.
Chapter 55: You learn all about him and his past, how he's in love with the Boss, how he's helping Dooshik etc.
Last Chapter of the Side Stories (Newest Chapter) you are introduced to him again but as the Boss of the Mafia.
I skimmed through some and got lazy sbdbcnd but this is a good basis to go off of.
Essentially because of the old man and him, Dooshik was able to save his bby and live a happy life with him
