I like Jiho but he seriously needs to work on his possessiveness. My favorite character would be the ex-wife Jung In. I hope Minhee becomes emotionally strong and Mr. Eun to finally get peace hopefully back together with Jung In.
Realistically, I'd be surprised if she doesn't end up with Mr. Eun, but it's hard for me to ship them for some reason. (Maybe because it feels like she needs a stable guardian figure in her life more than she needs a lover.)
I'd be...okay with her ending up with Jiho, if he got some character development? And then there are the two classical music prettyboys that have already been foreshadowed, but given that they didn't show up until Season 2 I doubt that'll go anywhere. Mostly I just want Minhee to be happy, like you said.

I seriously want to know what Cecil's goal is. Is she truly evil or does she have a good reason why she is being like that? The human king is more disgustingly evil than most of the demons. Humans can be scary.
