I think its a fan dj or fan drawing but it's yukito and touya from cardcaptor sakura
I'm pretty sure it's fanart from Yukito and Touya from Sakura Card Captor. Touya is the older brother of the main character so they don't appear that much in the show, I think. And from what I know, their relationship is not very explicit but it is canon as they are somewhat soulmates (literally). I think they also appear in another work of CLAMPS but I don't know which. I haven't seen sakura card captor so I may be a bit wrong tho.
