Is it bcs the build up was bad or bcs both of them are terrible people? Yeonjun is the victim here however you look. you shitasses better leave him out of your twink couple drama
I dont think he cut them off bc of his career. They were still in contact until it suddenly stopped, so Dajun went to see why and saw that Yeonjun was happy. He saw that he was happy even without Dajun, so Dajun didn’t interfere. I also do think thats why yeonjun is back in korea, maybe to reconcile?
bro is not the only victim here, he too played a role in not reaching out and agreeing to go with the father. ml hate is valid, but hating on mc this much doesn’t even make sense when his reactions make sense
we haven’t seen much of the backstory but obviously the dad chose one of the “better” and “profitable” siblings and left behind his whole entire previous family for a new one... but also imagine your twin having sex actively in your area and hasn’t even contacted you- isn’t it valid to be resentful or angry that it’s unknowingly affected how people perceive him + he also didn’t try to rekindle the relationship between the mom and brothers too? its not a one man job, both the twins should’ve done better for each other
Its genuinely off-putting how entitled he thinks he is.
Also in the novel and the manhwa im so confused as to why he ate a shrimp fucking burger out everything before the presentation. I was ready to barf myself. Also why is it worth mentioning that he forced himself to finish the burger? (Im totally reading way too much into this) I assumed something would come out of it but nah is to showcase how little mc eats? Or is it just filler for the protagonists to have that non interaction? Im so confused (yes im not a fun reader. Everything must be looked into at a microscopic level)
It's a bit of a spoiler. Very mild.

Basically the kid was extremely sheltered and never ate outside food. Even the juice at his house was made by the chefs. He doesn't have any tolerance for street food as such. He wasn't in Korea for a few years too, so he isn't really familiar with the flavours or street food/ snacks.
He forced himself to watch it so that he wouldn't stick out for being picky and ungrateful. Dohyun buying it also definitely played a part. He was also unable to look Dohyun in the eye, so the burger was an escape. Why was it set up like this? Backstory reveal and for the iconic umbrella scene on the cover.
