I've noticed with a lot of manga that it's easier to either look exactly like one parent or just swap eye or hair color. I assume this is done so any other characters that have similar characteristics are not brought in as a conspiracy for adultery or some crap. The only times a child looks different from the rest are 1) usually a plot of the main character or 2) considered a flaw in a side character to add to their "tragic backstory."

I totally agree these kids should have a skintone between their parents in at least one of them and unless they commit to an albino child, a child with as dark of skin as their darker parent is excusable due to dominant genes. But these are artists, not scientists. They need to keep fans happy.

I WAS GONNA COMMENT THAT OMG like couldn't we have got a beautiful brown kid thats a mix of their skin colors? they’re obviously still mixed kids and beautiful but such a wasted opportunity tbh

Ikr??? I love this ending but the fact two of the kids are stark white is just hard to comprehend. Sure this is a magical world snd so on and so forth, but considering Theo looks exactly like this mom leans toward our normal understanding of genetics.

It kills me that the author didn't just go full steam ahead with the twin boys looking like Theo

But wasn't there like a whole chapter of Ash asking him to leave...and the one not in his senses was ash..Lyle was totally in his senses wasn't he. Did i read wrong

yes. ash warned lyle like 3 times to leave by saying that his rut is different from other alpha and afraid he would hurt lyle, but lyle still insist they sleep together so here we are (▰˘◡˘▰)
