Omegaverse is mostly applied in bl (and started in bl), so I doubt the storylines you've mentioned will happen due to women being MCs unless more genres start using omegaverse. In the case of your questions, in both situations the omega would bear the child according to the rules of omegaverse that are most common. I'm not going to get into the specifics of procreation because most omegaverse mangas and webtoons give those in the first few pages. I thought it was interesting because both women took turns giving birth to their two sons! lol

i think alphas can impregnate betas(?), while betas impregnate omegas. only difference is that they can't bond? and they aren't as strongly influenced by hormones and instinct..
has there ever been an omega versed manga wherein:
