there is one thoug and im waiting for the update its called" im the only one with a genius dna" the manhwa was on haitus or i dont know the word it just said that they were resting and getting ready for the season 2 so that it will be better and more exciting.
Hit up "Trauma Center", it's really good! The MC is also a genius monster of a doctor; unlike this plot it focuses mainly on how he is able to heal critical patients through difficult surgeries.
