I read this a long while ago, so it's about a host that has a vision about him having sex with the bartender, then the bartender guy makes him tell him what he saw. And I'm pretty sure there was glass stirrers involved. I think it's a one shot inside of a manga. Thank you.

If the manga is marked as complete, does that mean the mangaka is done with it or does that mean it's been finished scanlated? Can it be that the mangaka says it's done but they're still scanlating it so things can still come out?

It's been finished scanlated. Usually these mangas are already complete in japanese, it's just the translaters take additional time scanlating it out for non japanese readers.
Every time I signed in I wouldn't have to see adds. But recently whenever I've noticed that even after I log in I still see adds. Is this a permanent thing?

No, to read mean that it will part of your list that you will read it next.. like, it has been a long time since you are back on reading and you wanted something new.. You can browse your "to read" list to find something in that list
