I love how a lot of the (mainly) negative expressions always have a more realistic art style (idk if art style is the correct word but), like when they're crying, or are disgusted. It's sort of opposite to the approach of making negative emotions monstrous or otherworldly, it shows that all of these "ugly" emotions and faces are simply human (doesn't make them good or justifiable tho).
I'm pretty sure "Artemiy" is meant to be of Russian origin? I'm guessing his name is "Артем" where the "e" is usually pronounced as "eh" but the name itself is pronounced more like "Artyom", just sayin ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
