i followed my 3-4 days after release upload rule to allow people to buy, ive never gotten a single complaint about it being too soon (until now), but maybe that shouldn’t apply to full volumes?? even before the days were up i was getting a lot of pleads to update so that made me feel the need to upload them. i also a uploaded all the volume 3 chapters at once to save time bc i’m a busy uni student and i just so happened to be free yesterday. the last uploader most likely uploaded it 6 months after the volume 2 release bc no one else did, not bc they were waiting for the author to profit more off of it so idk if they would’ve done the same thing.
anyways i just wanted some feedback in case i end up uploading the 4th volume as well.
btw i cant tell if the likes and dislikes are for the sake of disliking and liking my comment or in response to my question so pls reply djkdkd

I think if you are going to upload whole volume at once it is better to wait 14~30 days or upload chapters one by one 7-10 days between the chapters.

I think waiting 3-4 days is a bit short when uploading a whole volume. Maybe a week or two would be better.
It honestly doesn’t make a difference for me though bc I usually buy mangas only after reading them (that way I can support the authors I like without getting broke bc i know I will like the manga for sure) (￣∇￣")
Those rules are for webcomics which update every week or manga with regular single chapter releases, not manga with one update per year. Most people who read it probably haven't bought it yet since it only updates once ayear and not everyone has an alarm set for when it's released. Uploading a manga that only gets one release every year after 5 days is like uploading a weekly webcomic 2.5 hours after it was released.
And of course people here will beg you to update as soon as it's out and to update all of it at once. Of course they will thank you. Doesn't change the fact that releasing it just a few days after its release can significantly lower the sales of it. Don't ask the fans, ask yourself if it's really okay to release an entire volume the same week it was published.
You’ve got a point but I honestly think that most people here don’t read for this exact manga. If it updates, you get a notification, read it and that’s it. So, even if it’s uploaded two months after the release, most people here would’ve probably not even noticed that it was released. They just don’t care enough about each manga they read here (I’m included in this too).
If we're talking about sales, it’d probably be best to upload chapter by chapter. The first one just a few days after the release and adding a page where the uploader tells the people that the new volume is out. The second chapter could follow one or two weeks after where again the readers are informed about the new volume and where to buy it. That way u can tell people about the release and encourage them to buy the volume if they want to read it fast. The other chapters could then follow a while after. With a week or two again in between them. The important thing about this strategy is waiting after the second update for maybe a month or up to six weeks so people that got interested can grow impatient and buy a copy.
I completely agree that chapters should be updated individually but the first chapter shouldn't be updated just a few days after the volume is released and there should be more time between the chapters than one week. This isn't a webcomic or a digital manga, it's a physically released manga which is also published as an E-Book and since it takes on average at least a week (unless you're willing to pay more) to get the physical copy delivered (doesn't matter where you live), uploading the first chapter a few days after the release means that almost no one who bought a physical copy even has their copy yet. If I had ordered a physical copy on the day it was released (I read it as an E-Book), I would've gotten it next week. Which means I would've had to wait longer than the people who read the illegal upload despite paying for it and that should not be a thing.
Upload the first chapter a few weeks after it was released and then one chapter every 3-4 weeks. Like this, even international fans can be sure to get their copies faster than the illegal update and the gap between the uploads would be long enough to be a motivation to actually buy it.

i usually upload webcomics/single chapter release mangas so i was not very familiar with uploading yearly physical volume releases that offer ebook, so i apologize for uploading it so early.
however, what’s done is done, when u break a plate sorry won’t fix it. i’ll take this as a lesson for next time and upload much much later than the initial release!
my guess is that the author chose to cutoff the smut scenes bc they’re still underage here. i read in the comments that there eventually will be smut scenes?? so i’m assuming it’s when they’re adults.

hi! i've noticed this story hasn't had a set uploader for a bit of time. i've contacted the latest uploader (who mentioned that this might be a one time thing), to ask about becoming the uploader for this and i'm hoping to hear back from them soon. if i do end up picking this up, i will be uploading it 2-3 days after chapter releases to give people a chance to buy (ideally it would be 3-4 days, but most of the past uploaders have been doing 2 days after release so im trying to be consistent here loll). :D but yea idk lmao
