First, calm down.
Second, it's bc she knows her friend well and she knows his dating history and how homophobic he used to be so she's shocked (which is understandable). If you read the chapter well you'd understand that she cares abt the situation(on her own way). Her homophobic and womanizer childhood friend started to fuck and date a man ? Ofc she'll be surprised and start to question his honesty. It's understandable.
She knows him, she knows how he's (she used to sleep with him too) so she has a reason to act like that.
i literally said that i get where’s she’s coming from but that still pmo idc even if she knows his history and how he used to act in the past you can obviously tell he’s serious about Garam plus not everybody acts the same way they used to in the past… Jaehyuk has had a lot of character development and is way better than he used to be and just because she’s used to sleep with him doesn’t mean she just has the right to diss his relationship with someone else and suddenly start lecturing him on what she thinks is right.
She isn't dissing, she's caring on her own way of his relationship because she knew him. You can see that she cares about Garam because when Jaehyuk talked about him to her he didn't said beautiful words. She wasn't updated and she had the right to doubt him
It’s so bizarre how people are so quick to ignore how truly terrible a guy Jaehyuk was just because he’s “in love” with Garam. He’s not two difference people, Jaehyuk that “loves” Garam is the same person who treated Garam like dirt, harassed him, and raped him. He’s the same guy who treated women like disposable sex toys once he was bored of them and even objectified them as we’ve seen. The fact this his childhood friend who knows him the best and been even a notch on his bed post is getting flack for stating what she is at least privy too let alone what readers are privy to in terms of Jaehyuk’s characterization in its entirety as omnipresent observers so again bizarre how anyone could disagree with her. I truly want to know if Garam had also overheard mention of these friends previously being FWB how that would further realign with Garam’s thoughts of insecurity and validation in where he stands in being a whim to Jaehyuk. Nothing about their relationship makes any logical sense, and I get its a comedy, but I am curious how the author handles elements of “realism” in this plot.
