The best way for the author to avoid the grooming plot is to simply make both characters to have the soul of an adult in the kids body. i just wanna correct something. the fl has actual memories of being annie. so, technically she lived as annie & then one day when she was 12 regained memories of her past life. so, she’s mentally & physically 19 years old. i’m not saying you’re wrong though cause consciousness aside we can throw many theories out there but won’t really know unless the author themselves specifically say consciously she perceives herself way older than that. all we know is that she remembers her past & i reckon that she doesn’t perceive herself older then she is now. edel also reincarnated but yet she behaves and thinks like a child even though she remembers her past life. so, i wouldn’t say fl is actually in her 30s. anyways, the ml being the 15 year old brother is such a throw off cause she’s 19. the ml should have been kyle when they have more chemistry & there’s only a year 1 age difference.
