Sensei really gave us a lot of eye candy plus they really drew everything so well as expected. How to be you po kyuugou-sensei? I enjoyed this so much because this is prolly the first time they incorporated comedy into their work. XD and they did it so well.
I was always uncomfy abt this relationship between cousins esp since it’s been a long long time since I’ve read something with it (I totally forgot this was something normal in japan) but I could ignore it.
In fairness, I liked the seme’s personality. When I first read this, I didn’t like him that much because he was too flashy, but it turned out he was pretty sweet. His expressions are super adorable as well. Haiii and the body. I also liked everyone in this story!
I really am entertained by sensei’s mangas so I was pleased when this was released. I thought the theme was great but the gang r really put me off and sort of destroyed the story for me. Before this got scanlated, I checked out the raws (as usual) so I knew before hand that that thing will be coming. I was thinking to play that scene off as a joke but I can’t. So I just skipped it altogether.
I wish Rei would have been punished more and the MC got angry at him more. Despite this, I really liked the MC’s relationship with Kentarou. They are so cute together. I also liked that this isn’t the black hair x blond (light color haired). I like the fact that its brown x light colored. XD I really really liked the outfits sensei drew for the magis!!!! Esp the MC’s.

I decided to reread because I just recently caught up with His favorite up to the most recent chap. I gotta say, I appreciated the relationship of the couple more compared to the first time I read this. Ok to be fair I just schemed through this the second time around.
In the past, the only character I liked was Jaerim. And the only couple that actually intrigued me was Kang x Doyoon (its a shame there is no continuation to their story). But I liked Jaerim and Yuri’s relationship now. Maybe the reason why I didn’t liked their relationship in the past was because of Yuri’s initial attitude towards Jaerim. I think the attitude was uncalled for, but what do I expect this is yaoi and we need some sort of drama to move things along. I never prolly managed to get over my initial bad impression on Yuri that’s why until the end I really did not appreciate their relationship and his change (1st reading) but now somehow his change grew on me. I don’t think it is that drastic of a change. The process of him falling in love with Jaerim was actually cute.
I didn’t like the other couples exp Kang and Doyoon. I hope there will be a spin-off of them. Their relationship is complicated. I actually want more bottom Doyoon and desperate Kang. This is the trope that I like most.
And I wasn’t as angry reading this as reading this the first time. I think one of the things that prevented me from appreciating this story initially was the fact that there were too many irritating characters. Now because I just schemed thru it, I was spared from the anger hashhah.

I actually am starting to root for Kuze and Mioto together. Like the only person who prolly cares genuinely for Mioto is Kuze. It’s good that Tsukihito is mending his ways and his tendencies but he doesn’t look out for him more. He knows Mioto is being bullied and whatever and he should also know that Mioto is not the type to open up abt these stuff so imo he has to peotecr him more. Mioto is too precious. As of now, Kuze is the only one who deserves him. And To hell with that Suminaga guy. I always thought he was suspicious. Hmmmp.
I was like, yes finally an uke who recognizes that the seme is a rapist and calls them out of their aholery, stands up for himself and build his own future and happiness but then it just went downhill from there. I think Kashima is just what Shikatani needs since the guy is actually a hopeless romantic deep inside his m self XD. Kashima is a gentle and romantic guy so he can prolly satisfy him. Hahhaahaha
But I really wanna be spoiled... I want sensei to shatter my fantasies and give me Shikatani/Touno where Touno tops Shikatani at least maybe as a dream or something. I can accept if it isnt canon but sorta canon aka written off as a dream or fantasy in the work itself. Is it wrong for me to want to see them to at least kiss in some kind of fantasy-ish scenario ?? Please give it to meeeeses T.T
Wow this was good with a painful but happy ending. T.T This sort of ending always get to me, it brought tears to my eyes T.T I hope Kuzumi-sensei was able to be with someone. Ahuhuhu
Sometimes I wonder if I‘ve read too many fked mangas to not be even fazed by this.
I wonder why do the koreans like to make all of their charas unlikable except one? And why do they always like to put in romance even if putting it in will be cringey and ruins the mood? Hayan seriously was just put there to be a love interest under the pretense of being a motivation for the MC to escape. Poor her.
