My birthday is today and I have no friends

It's my 29th birthday but none of my friends remembered or wished me a happy birthday I feel like I have no friends, what should I do? I used to make friends in school or at work but I'm now working from home so I don't have many places to go and most of my hobbies are solo I'm feeling really lonely and alone, is there anyway to make friends?
