Yes for your own satisfaction. Let’s say he seeks professional help. Boom he’s healed but for how long. He can’t work in the city and now he’s living his life in hiding to stay away from someone who’s rich enough to find him easily. So He stays in the boonies where he’s not even from. Still in a debt and he lost his grandmother. Jaekyung is getting his just desserts. Even then the last thing doc wants to see is someone he loves suffering he’s going to through that enough as is. Like ik as readers it’s common to want the main love interest entire world to crumble before they get the MC so I get why you desire that. After his grandmother dies he’s back at square one with no family.
