got my hopes up going "IN THE YEAR OF 2024?" but oh well..
while i personally think the story gets repetitive, that the conflicts always being about someone somehow coming in between them is becoming boring, that every guy out there falling for natsuki is honestly kinda ridiculous... i STILL eat it up lol, i have yet to read a manga with a communicative couple like these two, i love LOVE how they set their own boundaries with e/o and with people, they are so emotionally mature and so in love i T_____T
Ikr, I'm getting tired of the repetitive plot too like the author can't think of any relationship problems other than putting a third person (many actually) but I keep going because I love the main couple and the dynamic between them so much.
i didn’t even give that too much thought, but i agree that this story could use a different conflict once in a while. honestly i would love to see them have a really explosive argument. ik they’re really healthy communicators but every healthy relationship needs their fair share of fights and i’d love to see how they resolve it
i feel bad for the wife of that friend. literally got cheated on and everything and is still with that scum.

i'm sorry but i don't like this one.
daichi was struggling with internalised homophobia which i thought is a nice thing to delve into since most BLs gloss over it. that's cool and everything.
but he was also struggling with the fact of noburu "treating him like a girl" which was imo not the case, noburu was just being protective and jealous which is somehting that occurs in most relationships. but here's the thing that irks me, noburu acknowledged that he wouldn't be happy if he was treated the same way, therefore he realizes that daichi isn't exactly being unreasonable or overreactive. but he never once apologizes to him for making him feel bad about himself (i don't like that "sorry, if that's what you want to hear" shit), and he then proceeds to make it about himself AND makes daichi be the only one to sincerely apologize. not only that, but he then doubles down and goes around calling daichi his wife and even compares him to women during sex.
maybe i'm being overly biased here bcs i'm an insecure person as well so i deeply relate to daichi. i honestly think daichi was kinda unreasonable, but he was the one hurting and his feelings are valid. i think, i wish noburu didn't make it more about himself and tried to talk about and understand all the issues daichi had (including his jealousy, which wasn't THAT unreasonable considering he quite literally compliments her LEGS. that's lowkey going into "checking her out" territory, add to that the fact that he judges his type based on legs... but ey, that's just me!!!) separately instead of just making it seem like it was just one big problem and not a bunch of problems that cumulated over time. but no, daichi was (poorly) trying to explain what he was feeling at the time and he ofc goes "we're not talking about the same thing", well DUH!!! a person can feel a lot of things and have many problems at the same time!!!!
but oh well... they had a happy ending at the of the day, so i'll just stop here and be happy for them i guess
