Hey, there are different kinds of poly relationships. “Poly” is just a shorthand word for “polyamory,” which is a blanket term for all romantic/sexual relationships that are non-monogamous. There are poly relationships that have multiple lovers but one central person they all love; multiple people who only love one person (aka mono-poly, no joke); and even open relationships are a form of polyamory. There are many more forms of poly other than what I mentioned! I found it to be an interesting topic to research years ago. (づ￣ ³￣)づ
