How did you react to your first really detailed yaoi scenes?

I felt like I found the promised land or something! It was my very first yaoi and it was strictly vanilla, but it was a yaoi sceneヾ(☆▽☆) and before that I was reading (and fed up with) Shoujo! I stumbled upon a beautiful yaoi and I've never been so happy since! It was adorable moreover it actually was mature romance which was a total switch......
