Even if they're both daughters of a count, she isn't used to such titles and she came from a world where the rules of nobility don't apply there. The safety of the world she transmigrated in isn't always gauranteed.
Either Fian already knows the truth and just letting her keep her charade or they going to be super fucked up when things got exposed. It is super uncomfortable and sad seeing Lindsay keeping up with her lies. (￣∇￣")
