Pretty sure he's realizing his own feelings for Nakyum, but Nakyum isn't giving him the response that he wants. Nakyum believes he's not better than a whore because that's what his teacher told him, so he's indulging in the pleasure Seungho gives him and giving into what his teacher has called him. Nakyum, I believe, is still very unsure of his feelings. He has feelings for Seungho, and doesn't realize it, but he does know he likes his teacher, but doesn't realize those feelings are wavering. I think you could describe Nakyum as lost and depressed. He seeks comfort in the one who wants him, Seungho, but not for the reason Seungho wants him to come to him.
Basically, Seungho is trying to pull the "don't realize what you have until you've lost it" on Nakyum to get him to realize his feelings, but Seungho is also denying his own feelings. He's letting the words of others influence him (since when were you so possessive, etc) so he's trying to offset that and prove to the others that he doesn't see Nakyum as anything other than a play thing.
But we all know that Seungho has a very possessive and controlling feelings for Nakyum. I personally think this is the only type of love Seungho is capable of, due to the hints of a dark past, he needs to learn how to have a healthy love/relationship.
I'm not sure what will happen next. Nakyum could get hurt by the servant, causing Seungho to lash out.
Nakyum could partake in the orgy (let's just call it that because I'm drawing blanks). Nakyum will A) enjoy it, making Seungho angry and jealous or B) Cry, and bring out that softer more tolerant side of Seungho. He'll probably send the others away and have one on one time with Nakyum (I highly doubt he'll apologize). There's also the possibility of "You think you're a whore right? Then this shouldn't be difficult" type situation, which would be interesting to see played out.
