I'll go for Sieon first.
Si dom makes the most sense and I don't really think I need to explain. About his Te-Fi, he doesn't really care for social harmony and he make decisions based on what he feels, it's a little hard for me to explain but ISTJ makes the most sense.
Now, with Namwoo I'm not even sure is he's a Si dom but overall it does make sense, but I would love to hear why do you think INFP

9th grade is highschool in America. Middle school in Asia in 7-9, then 10-12. Elementary school goes up to 6th grade
