Personally I'd say the characters are interesting except for that cop they keeps sticking his nose into Sangwoos business, the plot is great, quite alot of heart string pullers, its worth the read!

I read the novel, then the manwha and anime and lastly saw the tv show. All of the adaptations have something to offer.

What I did was watch the drama and then read the novel cuz the drama coveres the past first and then the present while the novel goes back and forth. And for the drama tho there aren't any "scene" btw lwj and wwx or anything in words that imply something(if u know wat I mean) many of the scenes have double meaning and their love is very much there, just not in words
i started with the donghua, then the manhwa and the novel. im just going to start watching the live action. but the novel is really recommendable, im not a bookworm myself but its really good you will not regret it. its surely a masterpiece
