I can’t help but like Isis. Like she is a smart woman with ambitious. But since she can’t inherit of the duke title she must have felt frustrated by Oscar’s personality and lack of interest in power or politics. And that must be why she was trying everything to protect their title and reputation in that patriarchal world (marrying the crown prince, finding loopholes in law, leading the aristocratic side).
