let's forget about the rat and focus on our king jaehyuk because hello??????? the growth, the maturity, the communication?????????????
my man went from a homophonic piece of shit to someone who actively cherishes garam and wants to show him off and loves him, all while acknowledging his mistakes and correcting them???? insane
also, "you're hella part of my future"????????? bro I'm in tears, the whole speech was so fucking beautiful I love them so much

I need him to fuck the brother PLEASE please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please I don't care if he ends up with that creepy fucker he needs to fuck the brother at least ONCE pleeeeeasee

honestly I think this solo arc was needed, I'm really glad jeoh will get the opportunity to prove that he can stand on his own w/out seong-rok, cause like yeah we all know he's strong but the other characters, especially his enemies, still only see him as a prostitute, seong-rok's prostitute now, and I'm looking forward to him standing on his own feet w/out his personal bodyguard
that is, of course, unless seong-rok wakes up in like two episodes bit I really hope he won't, I'd like jeoh to have a long arc as his own person, growing and getting stronger

.
thank GOD he didn't end up with jungkwon, rarely has a character pissed me off so much
don't get me wrong, I get why he behaves the way he does and I do feel sympathy for him but by god he made ALL the wrong choices
and again, I get why he made them but ffs even when people were going out of their way to tell him what to do he still wouldn't fucking listen and actively search out the stupidest fucking thing to do and DO IT. like come onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
also, I get you're in pain but you cannot be so self-conceited that you hurt others left and right and don't even fucking care like he hurt kangjin in the past and didn't care enough to even apologise when he saw him again and then he goes and hurt roah in an almost identical way?????? and again, doesn't even look for him to see if he's okay or to apologise until weeks after???????? like everyone has their own problems, I get it, but you gotta know your actions have consequences on other people you dumb fucking idiot
not to say kangjin's without fault but idk I feel like it's the lack of what I felt was true remorse or regret for actually hurting other people that makes me really can't stand jungkwon
anywayyyyyy chisoo if he doesn't want you I do and I wouldn't even ask you to stop killing people as long as you're good to me who fucking cares ughhhhhhh he was SO good
yknow what? the thing is, I dont even care if jaekyung is in love w kim dan or not.
like, the entire point of the manhwa is for them to get together, right? and specifically, to fall in love w e/o, but after everything he's done, i really just don't care if jaekyung falls in love, i don't care if he realizes it, I dont care if he confesses.
its just, it's been 70 chapters and there's been literally no improvement in jaekyung? if anything, he's worse, while kim dan has gone through multiple character arcs. it's just not evenly matched, and it's made me loose interesting in jaekyung cause frankly, he's not a well built character as of right now.
and before yall start acting up and ask why im still reading if I don't like it, it's because I read things i don't like. i read everything, and I think it's still interesting where doc dan is concerned.
it's just, jaekyung being so underdeveloped kinda defeats the whole purpose of the story, because I don't care about half of the main couple, to the point where his chapters annoy me.
you can make a "red flag", asshole character interesting and compelling, and you can make the reader want to know about them even if they piss the reader off, but making them dull, repetitive, and boring? that's the way to kill a story, I think.
PREACH IT
YES!!! It doesn't matter what a person does to be better when they've already caused so much pain. If he can learn a lesson from his relationship with doc dan that he goes on to apply in future relationships that's one thing, but he's already burned this bridge and washed the ashes away. I have a strong feeling that the author is just going to turn this into some super co-dependant shit where they for some reason just cannot function without each other.
Agreed!
