lmao im so embarrassed to say this but i figured at this point i need to be stopped :/ so how do i get rid of porn addiction ? ive been exposed to this since i was like 13 and now im turning adult & its gotten worse... it used to be occasional but now even if im bored of it almost everyday my brain would be like “its time for it”.. i cant even talk to irls or family bc im muslim & embarrassed :// if im a guy i’d prob have ED already at this point ,, so does anyone struggles w this & got rid of it? i dont have a strong willpower mentally (THIS IS SO EMBARRASSING IDK WHO ELSE TO VENT TO SORRY)
