so the story got me hooked FL gets cheated on by her long term bf, meets a new guy as her FUBU and gets to explore her sensual side... then another guy comes along unexpectedly, then another guy?!（/TДT)/

first of all, i love reverse harem but i love characters with depth and a story progression that makes sense. i like getting to know the candidates thru their screentime with the FL but in this story? erm i didn't get to have that at all

blonde guy was introduced properly, i thought he was the ML or smthng. then suddenly the "story arc" for blonde guy gets interrupted by the glasses guy who works at the cafe with the FL. i'm like "ok must be harem", then it was short like because the FL suddenly realizes what she's doing "isn't right" then meets the dad guy with her cheating ex + glasses trying to win her back or smthng

the fog powers that the teacher got is very much inspired from homunculus istg...

i love that manga and i wanna see how the author of fog land uses it in their story

this manga's genre is definitely an eroguro and maybe the author is a fan of that genre the story is quite uncomfortable bc its full of misogyny, also their romance is all about violence. i really think that makoto (the guy) was a realistic yandere and not a romanticized one, like if yanderes are in real life? they'd be like makoto (and yep, they're fucking scary)

i think he just liked the idea of "destroying" mikoto's (the girl) innocence and somehow putting another person into his shoes (as a victim of abuse).

the ending was rather nuanced imo? maybe makoto's started having genuine feelings for mikoto and seeing her getting into it (being murdered) was something he doesn't want to happen (the hospital scene where she confessed to her desires). rather than dying at his hands, he couldn't do so now he doesn't want mikoto's life to end. (beach scene where makoto covered mikoto's eyes to prevent her from imagining that she's dying/dead by drowning)

i also think that makoto projected his past self (he was groomed and abused by his "brother") to mikoto, and seeing her accepting him slowly wasn't something he plan to do. i think makoto really wanted to be hated and that mikoto reject her (as much as he want to do so to his brother). and after seeing what mikoto had become (adapting to the abuse etc) made him repulsive as he saw himself too.

anw its too long alr but it was trash. poor translations, weird story pacing (there were chapters where its all about their daily life then switches to a dark psychological scene), character backstory wasn't explored that much (implied only) so there's no character depth, there's so many unsettled story points (ex: on shuichi's and his brother's path, the new girl of mutsumi, saki's path) which had potential if also explored.

the story got me hooked, FL's trait and situation was unique and as i continued reading it gave off the vibe that it became an "utsuge"

i am sorry but wtf is wrong with those eyes?? i don't like the artstyle but their are times the guys are looking hot,,,,,but the scenes & plot? JUST RUSHED AND FASTPACED!!!! for me the story lacked depth, and at some point just cringey. oddly i'm still reading this urgh ain't i a total clown?

overall, for me, this has nothing special to offer. just overuses clichéd tropes and plot :((((sorry)

Why does everyone hate on Robia so much? I actually feel bad about him being hated here and then experiencing harsh treatment by the Princess. For me, Robia is someone who truly loves Yeldria just like Nadricka but with different circumstances.

Yeah he became a jerk and he did slept with Yuriel but the original Yeldria also did it with LOTS OF GUYS. The original Yeldria took advantage of Robia's sincere feelings for her and f*cked him then tossed him as if he was trash. He was made into a concubine and gave up his bright future to devote himself for the Princess. Not that I blame the Princess for the future stuff since it was Robia's decision... I mean if I were Robia, I'd definitely feel the same and try to move on with someone new. For me, it was somehow reasonable.

Its just that he did not know that the soul living inside Yeldria now is the FL. He might be fucking someone else but his heart belongs to the Princess. To be honest, he is actually considering Yeldria's feelings by not pushing himself to her anymore (well that one time he did was all because he was drunk). The FL doesn't even make time to make amends towards Robia since she thinks its not her business but damn, Robia deserves at least that if she can't love him back.

I love Robia and my heart breaks so much for him. He is such a fragile and pure despite that cold and calculating facade. I just don't understand why Robia is being hated when he did slept with Yuriel when the original Yeldria did much worse.
