somebody said/assumed ages ago that director is a "gay man" so the last part of the latest chapter didn't sway me a bit BUT i do have to say that this is yaoi world and tragic stuff happens left and right so when i saw the picture of a girl that looks a lot like the director my mind quickly went to "her(director) sister died so her wish is to look like her or something with the hair detail. which also aligns to the cats in her apartment being a bit hostile towards her bc shes not actually the owner but it was her sister" i didn't even think she could possibly be trans until i saw the comments below. my bad
