This is NOT CHILD PORNOGRAPHY. This is a manga about a kid named Tsubaki who's worried about his Yuu-nii's scar and who likes his Yuu-nii. Of course there wont be sexual intercourse about them NOW because Tsubaki is still 10 years old. I don't know why people are disliking and tainting this pure story? This manga just shows pure and innocent feelings of a kid. Didn't you also get infatuated with someone when you're a kid?
And when Yuu and his classmate were talking about him and Tsubaki being boyfriends, it just shows that Yuu is not serious at all about it. He just likes Tsubaki as a cute little brother.
