"Don't force those children to play along with your impossible pipe dreams any further."

Uhmmm, excuse me? Who's forcing who?

I'm disgusted with him. I don't think I can read more of this

The younger generations are the hope of their countries. The older ones shouldn't prevent and hinder their development just because it's a supposed "tradition." That thinking itself is just cowardice.

How will you change if you don't have motivation? A goal to reach and obstacles to overcome?

The problem is that it's not just a tradition but the one and only way they were able to survive. It's like how we are told we can't breathe in water and if water fills our lungs we will die but one day scientists come out saying we can actually breathe in water, it would take a very long time to convince ourselves we won't die.

But the thing is, they already created this unbreakable wall in front of them even if they haven't tried all the possibilities, yet.

Yes, drowning can kill you, but you can choose to swim back up to finally get that fresh air that you've been finding for all your life.

Of course, unless you can't swim, you are faced with unexpected situation, or you've already given up trying to find that little bit of hope or even just help from anyone who's desperately looking for you.

Now, let's say they are already set into thinking that it's impossible, that they have already given up all their hope. Being the adult that they are and being those kids who probably had high hopes to change their clan when they were young, how can they stop the new generations from trying again when they're only thinking of the clan's well-being?

The older generations may have failed or may have just succumbed to their "fate" or we can say in this case, hopelessness, but they have no right to bring anyone down with them just because they couldn't do it themselves.

There will come a time when sacrifices are necessary, where they have to push their limits to kick all those obstacles that may come their way, but that's how everything starts.

And that's what the new generation is doing now. I only hope that they understand that.
