The only thing I don't agree with in this chapter is that they say that romantic love is stronger than friendship.
Friendship is also a type of love, and it can also be very strong and important.
Only those who have always had friends at their disposal say that kind of thing, because they don't know how valuable it is something they have always had at their side and they assume it will always be there.
I liked your answer, and my answer is "Yes but actually no" too.
It is true that love tends to be "prioritized" but at the moment of truth, one when comparing love with friendship, always expects love to be the first thing to fail, and once it fails, never make contact with that person (now ex), or never speak to you again, while with friends that doesnç t happen, and to stop being friends with someone it takes something really horrible to happen between the two while between lovers it can be for something incredibly minimal.
Although in defense of both, because I believe that love and friendship are equally important, that depends more on how you respect the people around you and the relationship you share with them, and if those people respect you equally.
Honestly, what I have noticed most about their relationship, is that due to the "switch", and the way Ren always "saved" Hina, made Hina become completely dependent on Ren.
This is not just a "crush" of Hina to Ren, it is totally "dependency," and a sickly one.
For Hina, not having Ren by her side is like the end of her life, because Hina could never fully develop as a person by herself because of her relationship with Ren.
The main reason why Hina acts that way is out of desperation, because she thinks she is worthless without Ren, and if she sees an opportunity to make Ren come back to her side (Even if it isn´t romantically) she will take it. As much as that hurt her.
And the worst part is that Ren is totally using Hina and he is aware of it, simply because he doesn't want to face his personal problems, he doesn't want to face the social rejection of being gay or transsexual so he tries to be "normal" or uses Hina, and he isn´t aware to what extent she has hurt Hina, he is only aware that he has hurt her (Due to his actions, Hina has no individual independence).
Honestly, this relationship is very dangerous, if Ren tries to leave Hina without being responsible for his actions, Hina probably won't know how to live by herself anymore (My interpretation, I can be wrong).

I think that chapter 175 shows the basis for the creation of the cliché and stereotype of "dissatisfied wife."
Even today it is sometimes difficult to balance your private life with your working life, formerly (As a two decades or more) when your biological gender marked your role in society (Man exclusively works, and Women exclusively cleaned the house and raised children), that forced behavior patterns attributed to gender and not circumstances.
Man: Work, the only economic source of the house, stress, expectations, and fatigue.
Women: Clean, raise children, cook, nobody appreciates her efforts, her only role and work is "loving wife" but he ignores it, and accumulated frustration.
And the worst of this is that it was also one of the justifications of the husband's mistreatment of women (Physical or psychological).
I just wanted to make it clear that these things are just stereotypes and are solved with communication.
