Yeahh he really LOVED Diana, but he will move on (I mean rn they’re making a bit of progress) and will be madly in love with Hess. I didn’t like a story where our ML is in love with other woman before our main FL in the past, but Kael is just so innocent and the slow burn romance is worth seeing and realistic.

They are!! The twin although they dont have a close relationship, they only had each other. Similar to the brother in first life. Mtl made it a bit vague for the twin's dialogue but he was glad to see anastasia living well this time from what i understood. Im still not finished so i dont know if there will be more past lives related people to pop up but it seems that only people who has strong attachment to her appeared(inlucding bitch boy and mikhail)
Doctor Elise is one of many the manhwas i go back to for rereading, to me it’s def one of the OGs. But tbh, after rereading it for god knows how many times, i seem to like the linden-elise pairing less and less (i still love the story tho). Because, regardless of everything being elise’s fault in her last life, would you really be able to marry and love the guy who cruelly killed you? I know the mls in straight romance manhwa stories are hot but they always seem to lack flavor... y’know? Like in here, there are way more interesting character designs way better than the ml’s, like their hair, accessories, clothes, tattoos... we always get the same black haired red eyed, purple eyed, gold eyed cold op ml... like sure i love those but its getting tiring. bl characters are waaaaaaaay hotter. straight characters are always basic and play safe in their design tho i understandcuz its true that the straights are basic af. like plssss can we get a long haired ml w/ piercings, tattoos, bold fashion style or at least something other than a black coat and black boots!!!!
