This is one of the few if not the only story where I want to keep reading even after the couple gets together like I'm still fully invested. They're so cute and their love gives me butterflies♡♡♡♡

Okay I get that there was a plan devised by yanzi the mc for mimi (who's undercover as Stone) to disguise himself as Sute's "fake puppet brother"so that he can kill Sute by activating the poison around his neck, but I'm confused about why he needs to get that close to Sute and stay that long with him to activate the poison. I always thought he just needed to be in the vicinity and press the thing yanzi gave him to insta kill Sute so I never got why he had to "learn how to act like one of Sute's puppets" to deceive Sute.

OK so after reading the updates here's what I noticed regarding the char development and the story line so far :
-the writer is definitely drawing latte to look prettier and more detailed than before. I think that's a conscious choice that plays a role in the plot as Latte is gaining more and more attention from the main characters thus becoming more relevant to the story.
-I think latte is slowly but steadily becoming a protagonist in this story line and she is slowly winning the fishes' affection. I TOTALLY see her becoming even more important to the fishes than ibelin eventually since ibelin is only portrayed as a romantic interest in a very one dimensional way while latte is genuinely getting to befriend and get closer to the fishes and prob knows more about them than ibelin at this point.
Overall I love this manhwa so much and I think the author is doing an amazing job at balancing comedy and romance. Can't wait for more!
You forgot on thing... The pacing of the story is perfect. Some say it is slow but it is just fine since the build up is solid and reasonable

I don't think the pacing of this is slow...i've read slower though so maybe thats why i find this fine, but also i love this, we know the basis of whats going on and Latte's quirks are what we're reading this for mainly right? so why go faster if we miss the funny things she does!
Yeah, I do agree.. It is just that some comments in here do say that the pacing is slow but for me... That is so justifiable.

- technically speaking, she doesn't ever become a main character; it's Ibelin as the main character until the end, except her happy ending is pretty much just on the surface, as she's a horrible bitch who is incapable of being happy due to her own selfishness
- the only fish who ever catches the feels for Latte is Arwin, though the Duke falls for her in one of the spin-off series

I didn't. They were gonna translate, but too many people prefer Raeliana. I just heard this from someone who read the novel. Personally, I prefer this story to Raeliana. If you want more spoilers, I'm here for ya, lol.
Ah, and rather than a spin-off, the story I mentioned is more of an AU. Like, a different possible ending, but noncanon.
