At least Seungho cleaned Nakyum up and he's like, one of the worst Male leads in BL. Taesung what's going on buddy?

Ok, all jokes aside I wanna talk about this manwha. Long story short this shit is problematic and romanticizes abuse. You know shit is bad when the R@pist (blonde-haired guy) is better than the ACTUAL male lead. I feel like this manwha has the same problem with a lot of ongoing BL, which is a lack of direction. From the first chapter, this manwha seemed to be about a boxer struggling with his debt, and dealing with an injury. And to some degree, it was unique and fresh to see. However, as the story continued it lost what made it interesting in the first place.

Okay first. I have no problem with a dominant partner and a more submissive one however there needs to a power balance. This relationship is not balanced. it seems like Sooyoung is powerless and defenseless when it comes to Taesung. This is really odd considering his personality change since the first few chapters. He was a lot rougher around the edges. So far it's been, Sooyoung getting in trouble, taesung saves him and they have intense sex for like 5 chapters. It's getting really repetitive and some of these sex scenes are....disturbing, to say the least. I feel like the story would be nicer if they were more equal in the relationship. I'm not asking for much, but it would be nice to see Sooyoung state his opinion without fear of getting slapped, y'know? They could've been a power couple :/

Second, what the actual fuck is the plot? Every time I think the story is going somewhere it gets interrupted by 4 chapters of sex. Like yall remember Jisung–His ex. That's right, we never got a proper conclusion to his story because it got interrupted by a sex scene

Third, the blonde-haired guy. I'm 99 percent sure the author made him a R@pist just so the audience wouldn't like him because he's way better than Taesung ever was. This is so funny considering the fact that Taesung himself is ALSO a r@pist. But anyways we as the viewer have gotten more back story with him than we have with Taesung. which is really fucking odd since Taesung is one of the main characters. Not to mention, Minhyuk (I finally remembered his name) has shown more empathy and regret to what he had done to Sooyoung than Taesung ever has. Literally, there have been maybe 1-2 instances where Taesung actually admitted he was wrong, and for all the shit that he did. That isn't a lot. Atp I'm rooting for Sooyoung to leave this environment altogether, but if I had to pick a character for him to end up with it would be Either Minhyuk or Minhyuk's ex. They've both shown more care for Jisung's well-being than Taesung. Like Taesung doesn't even ask if Sooyoung is okay during sex, he's like a dog in heat. The amount of times this man has passed out while doing it should raise some eyebrows on how Taesung is physically treating Sooyoung.
