Honestly, nothing much happens (from what I saw, but tbh I only skimmed through most to look for the sex scenes pff, don't judge, my dick is thristy rn). I guess Clark is trying to manipulate Alex into not murderering anyone or trying to make himself Alex's newest victim so no one has to die?
Either way, Alex takes the ex's ring, shows it to Clark and Clark gets upset (he doesn't seem to know it's his ex's) when he finds out Alex killed whoever it was for HIM. Gets angry and throws his ass out of his apartment. Honestly think Clark still has feelings for his ex, although perhaps it would be a bit premature to say whether they're romantic or platonic.
Next chapter looks interesting as we finally get to see the ex again it seems (I mean in that he won't just be with Alex but perhaps finally some interaction with Clark).

I believe affection, caring, respect and empathy are needed, and love can derive from it with time as well as the other way around. Don and Nami had that. So I don't blame her for trying for so long to seek her heart's desire. She could have succeeded, though Don doesn't seem like the kind to reciprocate her feelings. He was still mourning for Haero after 10 years and wouldn't move on....
