They're just caught up by their emotions. Don't mind them. Him leaving is needed. It's him finally learning to let go and not be selfish but at the same time making sure Euihyun is doing okay. This is a very necessary and good character development for Taeju tbh
I feel like the story is too easy going especially in the beginning but I can’t deny that I’m loving each of the main characters interaction towards the latest chapters
