I was going through the same problem but some how I adjusted and now I am doing okay with the pages so I would like you to suggest.
Download imgur app and upload it there.. Though sometimes the pages get mixed in that too..
But When you translate and stick the pages to New sheets use the long sheets when you do the cleaning.. The Long one with Width 730 and length 3000.. This way you'll complete the story with 5 or 6 pages and then upload it in imgur app. There you'll see it will be in a right format..

I think all females can get pregnant. I've never read boy x girl omegaverse and i think there's no such plot as that??? It's just that betas can't sense or smell pheromones so they have a hard time getting it on with alphas. Just like heesoo, he can't get wet like a female or an omega so his first time hurted like a bitch haha i wish they used lubricant tho

Well, if one has sperm and the other one a uterus, babies are possible. The same way a male alpha should be able to make a female beta preggo because: uterus. That is at least my reasoning :3
I'm gonna look for the Manga where this situation happens, to be honest I have read Mangas in which their parents are both females, where the beta get pregnat, where the alpha get another male alpha pregnant and I'm not sure if there's one in wich the omega get the alpha pregnat, you see it really depends on the Omegaverse and the author but in my opinion all the combinations are posible jajajaja
