So after rereading it twice I got my theories:
Remember the scene in the stairs where three of them is in ascending order, I think the personas where created in point of mugo's life where he experienced extreme trauma. 1 in childhood (monster mugo), 1 inside the jar ( jerk mugo) and 1 outside the jar (sir mugo) but ultimately their all connected to 1 tail thus the person in the bottom of the stairs the (no brows guy). I think jaheon is the lover of no brows guy and jerk mugo (remember where he can switch easily with jerk mugo during the incident and when he learned jaheon was hit).
Jaheon was killed by the tribe in attempt of letting mugo free, thus their brach family is termed sinners. And in attempt for to alleviate his anger they offer him sacrifices.
