Is that considered rape?
I don't really think? I mean, he could have pushed the other guy without any problem if he wanted to (he wasn't ''petrified by fear''), and when they moved on the bed the other guy asked him to speak if he really wanted to stop but he didn't said anything at all (plus, he wanted to know his sexual orientation, but didn't want to ''run into a random guy and ask him to hold him'' sooo maybe going through it was his solution xD)
No actually. I mean there were definitely points that made it seem like such ngl, but at the point where he waits for him to say something, anything at all and he would stop, the dude purposely says nothing. I know it's not a great affirmation of consent, but that could be considered concent based on the "play" he was acting out (cause he thought the other liked it rough)
How is it rape when both parties consent to it? Before y’all give out this and that crap, your country and other countries don’t have the same law. I believe Deku was at the age of consent (even if he was turned into a younger version of himself) because it’s the rules in Japan. Y’all better educate yourself. I mean if 13 is the age of consent in Japan then it means they believe that kids at 13 are able to give consent. Don’t normalize laws when there are some countries who allow marriage between cousins.
Edit: if y’all can’t accept it, it’s fine but the rules exist like that no matter how you perceive them.
Sorry bud but you're wrong. The age of consent in japan isnt 13. Heres an excerpt from reddit debunking this.
According to Article 177 of the Japanese Penal Code, anyone who "commits sexual intercourse with a female under thirteen years of age" will receive a minimum of 3 years in prison, and no less. This means that if you have sex with anyone under 13 years old you have committed a crime.
However, under Article 34 of the Child Welfare Act, (translated) "No person shall conduct any of the following acts ... act of fornication to children" 'fornication' refers to sex with an individual to which one is not married, and 'children' refers to anyone under 18 years of age
According to the article "Marriage in Japan" on the official website for the American Embassy in Tokyo, Japan:
The male partner must be 18 years of age or older and the female partner must be 16 years of age or older.A person who is under 20 years of age cannot get married in Japan without a parent's approval.
I’m not an expert on laws in Japan but I know enough that any scenario where a grown ass adult is molesting and having sex with a child is wrong.
