I believe Deku was at the age of consent (even if he was turned into a younger version of himself) because it’s the rules in Japan. Y’all better educate yourself. I mean if 13 is the age of consent in Japan then it means they believe that kids at 13 are able to give consent. Don’t normalize laws when there are some countries who allow marriage between cousins.
