I’m trying to find a manga I started reading awhile ago. And I don’t remember much about it. Just one scene sticks out to me.

I believe it’s an isakai and the mc was a doctor in their other life. And the scene has them using magic to heal another character, but usually in that world it can’t heal major wounds or internal wounds because they can’t visualize it. But because of their work as a doctor in a previous life, they use magic and visualize the blood vessels and nerves and such and thus are able to heal major wounds. And I believe even make a new leg for a character or something.

Sorry it’s not much to go on.

The story was about a guy who got transferred to another world, traditional harem isekai.

I do know that at one point he made friends with a spider and the spiders children, and he built his own town with walls and stuff. There were lamayias and harpies, etc. I can't remember much, sorry. He might have also been able to be transported to a pocket dimension where he could trade in "tickets" for power, but that might be from a separate second isekai.

I was reading a manga about a girl named Serena who went back in time before she married the king and this time she decided to do the marriage but not love him. Except now he’s falling head over heals for her etc.

So I was wondering if anybody knew any other manga similar. Regency styled, where a man/woman is supposed to marry a woman/man but not love them. But the original person who didn’t want them to fall in love with themselves ends up falling hard for the lead?

Can somebody recommend to me manga where the guy is devoted to the girl vs the other way around. I’m tired of the girl always chasing after the guy etc.

Or ones where the girl is chasing the guy but she’s not somebody who can’t do anything. Ie. not someone who isn’t smart, can’t do sports, can’t clean, can’t cook etc. She doesn’t need to be able to do all of that but I’d like a girl who has something other than just her personality to show for herself.

So I need help finding this fantasy manga. It was about a guy who got killed by god because he dropped a flower pot on him. God gave him a choice of either death or reincarnation but with all his memories. Guy chose reincarnation and was born into a new foreign world. There they have magic and he found out that to control magic it's just Japanese hiragana. So he ends up being really powerful and just started school but wants to hide it.

I lost it after I finished what they had already posted and forgot to save. If anyone knows it I would be so so thankful.
