I didn’t translate anything but I saw the images. Basically it looks like after a sex session with the bf, the bf leaves temporarily and the grey haired dude finds him and literally does all sorts of things to him (puts his fingers in, sucks his dick, jacks off together). All the while, the mc doesn’t resist one bit. I don’t ever remember there being any discussion of the bf and mc breaking up between this. Later the grey haired dude comes over to mc’s place and the mc just lets him do what he wants to his body AGAIN. Has sex and everything. It looks like the mc just doesn’t know how to have a proper conversation and talk about what he wants to do.

I think he's hilarious. He's probably also smart. He has a suspicion of who/what she is but he needs better understanding before he acts. So he uses the coat thing as an excuse to keep a closer eye on her. It's not creepy romance it's probably job related obligations.
